Telecommuting is becoming more and more popular as employers offer the option of working from home to their workers. For the employee, one benefit of telecommuting is saving time and money by not having to drive to work. As for the employer, offsite employees help to reduce location costs, among others.
But how do telecommuters cope with not working in an office environment? This is probably true for freelancers as well. Does working from home affect productivity negatively?
